R. MacKenzie Lewis & Friends: Kerrytown Concert House
Composer-pianist Lewis, an EMU musical theater lecturer, leads an ensemble of musicians in “May the Fourth Be With You,” a candlelit evening celebrating Star Wars Day with a performance of John Williams’ scores for the Star Wars saga as well as Holst’s The Planets and themes of TV shows and movies like Star Trek, The Jetsons, Interstellar, and more. With reed players Harry McComb and Alex Toth, cellist Jamie Gallupe, violinist Jan Sullins, French hornist Sam Sidorowicz, and bassist Joe Fee. 7:30 p.m., 415 N.
