Provides affordable, long-term housing with built-in care and support for people who have experienced homelessness. Develops, owns, and manages rental units in over 29 properties in Washtenaw County. Avalon case managers and property managers work to keep residents in their homes. Support services include help with basic needs, case management, access to health care and recovery support, community building activities. Also provides support services to clients living in public housing and in rental units owned by private landlords. Serves over 800 people, including 200 children. avalonhousing.org
