Licenses are mandatory for dogs over 6 months. One-year license $6 neutered/$12 unaltered, three-year license $15/$30. No charge for service dogs. Owners of all pets must provide proper food, drink, and shelter from the weather for their animals, as well as the medical attention necessary to prevent the animals from suffering. Animals may not be left confined without adequate ventilation.
