    Pioneering country-rock band from Ohio who first broke out in 1975 with their hit single “Amie,” a song that bridged the radio pop of the day with more traditional American roots music. Known for their lush harmonies, fingerpicking guitar, and driving rhythms, the group has been credited as a major influence on everyone from Counting Crows to Keith Urban and Wilco. “Though the band’s membership has changed hands, literally 50 times in its 55-year existence, the current line-up did a stellar job keeping alive the sound and energy,” writes WCBN’s Vicki Honeyman (aka Sashay Delmonico) in a review of a sold-out concert at the Ark last year. “This is 1970s-based country rock at its best.”
