Terry B’s closed in early March. Owner Coley O’Brien anticipated that the restaurant would be closed for three or four weeks–like all remodeling deadlines, subject to change–before reopening as The Fillmore Bar and Grill. In an email, he promised a new paint scheme, “new tables, new lighting, new bar, new feel and vibe. Eventually, our hours of operation will expand to incorporate lunch service with a seven day a week format. We will refocus our menu on more affordable and flexible options with an emphasis on convenience and choice.”
What’s not changing? “We are thrilled to have retained the wonderful staff you’ve come to know,” O’Brien writes, headed by chef Adam Boonstra and manager Chad Roe.
