Collaboration dinner hosted by Miss Kim that includes 5 different chefs from the Metro Detroit area. Proceeds benefit the Southern Smoke Foundation, a non-profit that provides financial support, mental health resources, and crisis management tools to food and beverage industry workers.

The lineup of chefs includes Ji Hye Kim of Miss Kim and Little Kim; Mamba Hamissi and Nadia Nijimbere of Baobab Fare; Rohani Foulkes, co-founder of Folk Detroit; Ederique Goudia, founder of In the Business of Food; Joe VanWagner of Echelon Kitchen + Bar; Bob Bennet of Zingerman’s Roadhouse.
