Join Us for Our Very First Book Club: Exploring Sound & Wellness!
Are you curious about how sound, vibration, and energy impact our everyday health and well-being? Whether you are a longtime wellness enthusiast or simply open to exploring new ideas, you are warmly invited to our very first Book Club gathering!
We are so excited to kick off this new monthly meetup, and we’d love for you to be a part of it.
• What We’re Reading: Tuning the Human Biofield by Eileen Day McKusick
• When: Monday, October 19th at 6:00 PM
• Where: Dragonfly Earth Essentials
114 N Main St. #6
Chelsea, MI 48118In this fascinating book, McKusick shares how sound therapy and tuning forks can be used to help reduce stress, restore balance, and support the body’s natural energy fields.
It’s an exciting topic, especially as sound therapy continues to gain traction. A recent peer-reviewed study showed that sound-based methods can help significantly reduce anxiety and promote relaxation. There will be demonstrations of good techniques to use singing bowls, chimes, drums, and tuning forks for healing or just out of curiosity. You’ll have the chance to try them out in person during our gathering to see and feel their resonance firsthand!
Come grab a seat, share your thoughts, and enjoy an engaging discussion in a relaxed, friendly setting. All perspectives are welcome, whether you’ve read the whole book or are just curious. We hope to see you there.
