By the end of the year, Ali Ramlawi hopes to have Jerusalem Garden moved around the corner into its new East Liberty address, formerly Seva. He submitted plans to the city in April and plans to begin construction after the Ann Arbor Comedy Showcase moves to S. Fourth Ave. in the middle of May. “We’ll stay in business at this address until we’re ready to move, and when we do move, it could be overnight,” Ramlawi says. “We won’t be closed for more than a day.”
