“Treetown Comedy Festival”: The Blind Pig.
Mar. 1–4 (different programs). Tonight’s headliners are Marie Faustin, a NYC-based stand-up whose act blends jokes about everyday life with urban tall tales, and Robby Hoffman, a NYC-based ex-Hasidic queer stand-up comic raised in Montreal by a single mother with 10 kids whose trenchant observational humor draws on her culturally varied life experiences. Opening acts TBA. The Festival also includes an Ann Arbor Comedy Showcase “Comedy Rumble” (see 1 Wednesday) and a “Bløm Meadworks Showcase” (see 4 Saturday). 8 p.m.–midnight (doors open at 7 p.m.).
