Carillon Concert Series: U-M School of Music
Dec. 1–5 & 8. U-M carillon faculty and students play the bells on the U-M’s massive 55-bell Baird Carillon at Burton Tower and the 60-bell Lurie Carillon on North Campus. The bell towers are open to visitors during the recitals for those who’d like to get a closer look; earplugs recommended. For performers see smtd.umich.edu/events. Noon, Burton Tower, 230 N.
