Ashtanga yoga is a regimented series of asanas “postures” that are connected with the breath. The focus in this session is the first half of the primary series. Students may advance or modify as guided by the instructor. Ashtanga is foundational for any yoga class for proper alignment and strengthening. Set an intention to challenge yourself. 

Grab your trivia team and join us for a Lord of the Rings themed trivia night!

Trivia is free to play with two rounds at 6 and 7pm.

Walk Route: Park at Island Park and walk approximately 0.6 miles with your tube along the B2B Trail to the Argo Cascades launch.

Float Route: Launch from the top of the Argo Cascades and float down the Huron River to Island Park.

After the Float: Music, light refreshments, and family at our island party.

The Family 734 and Barrs of Steel return with another night dedicated to Michigan’s urban music scene. Cypher 4 brings together rappers, producers, DJs, creators, and music fans for an evening of live freestyles, networking, and collaboration. Whether you’re stepping into the circle or coming to support the culture, this is where artists connect and new opportunities are created.

This edition features Beat Box Jake on the beats, providing live production for emcees to showcase their skills in an authentic freestyle cypher. Expect high energy, raw talent, and memorable moments throughout the night.
