Yoga for Back Pain
Yoga is a gentle and effective practice ideal for maintaining back strength and flexibility, and reducing low back pain. The poses, also called postures, and emphasize techniques to stretch and strengthen your muscles, which helps reduce muscular tension, build flexibility and strength, and improve balance.

Psychedelics and Chronic Pain: A Long Strange Trip Toward Relief
In his talk, Kevin Boehnke PhD, will cover psychedelics in the chronic pain context, incorporating content related to psychiatric conditions as well as taking a wider view of policy, naturalistic trends and pragmatic approaches to psychedelics in clinical care.

Community Build: Embroidered Words
Our next CLUSTER Community Build focuses on the banned words list.
In July and throughout the fall, CLUSTER Museum offers free drop-in sessions that teach the basic stitches for hand embroidering text. Participants will learn basic stitches and then embroider words from the banned word list. No experience necessary.
Materials will be provided: Floss, needles, hoops, fabric. Patterns will also be provided as needed. Participants are welcome to bring embroidery supplies from their stashes at home to share with the group.
Select a word from the list, decide your font and embroider away! This Community Build project will be exhibited for the November mid-term elections.
Ain’t Dead Yet: Ann Arbor Summer Streets Big House Concert Weekend Pregame Party!
Join Ain’t Dead Yet down on Main Street Thursday July 23 from 8 to 10 PM to kick off the BIG Big House Concert Weekend with a Pre-Concert Street Party for the community. Social District drinks and food with plenty of dancing for the town before the crowds start rolling in. Put on your best Townie-wear and attitude and enjoy the summer!!
