Jerusalem Market Loses Its Lease
And other marketplace closings, September 2017
From the September, 2017 issue
A letter posted on the door of Jerusalem Market in mid-July informed customers that the Middle Eastern market in the Courtyard Shops would close at the end of the month "due to building management." We couldn't reach the owners, but on their Facebook page, they write that they were on a "month-to-month lease," and got an "eviction notice" at the beginning of July. Property managers Broder & Sachse wouldn't comment on the market's departure, but a representative emails that a Pilates studio is taking the space.
