Jayce Ogren leads this music student ensemble in Samuel Coleridge-Taylor’s Idyll, Haydn’s Symphony No. 104, and contemporary American composer Andrew Norman’s Sustain, an acclaimed 2018 work that reflects on human-caused climate change through a series of unnerving Ligeti-esque cycles that escalate toward a climactic sonic annihilation.
