“The Great Cardboard Challenge”: Humane Society of Huron Valley
All age 18 & up invited to engage in a competition constructing cozy cardboard cabins for resident shelter cats, using only provided materials. Prizes for creativity, aesthetics, and tailoring to feline behavior. Includes a tour through the cat area and refreshments. 6:30–9 p.m., Humane Society of Huron Valley, 3100 Cherry Hill Rd. $20 per person. Individual registration, but participation as a team encouraged. Preregistration required at hshv.org/events.
