Also known as aerial hoop, the lyra is a bar apparatus that serves as a prop for performing beautiful poses and dance-like sequences. It is a steel bar, though, so especially in early days be prepared for some fabulous bruises.

Gear Lords 1st show of 2025 is Jan 8th at Ziggys - downtown Ypsilanti, from 7pm until 11:30. Gear Lords is a hardware / live-set showcase of local and regional musicians. It's also a good place to learn more about what's going on, or equipment or to find collabs - if you are a hardware electronic type!
