Beginning Aerial Hoop: Flying Skull Aerial and Movement Arts
Do you not have enough aches and pains? Then may we interest you in a lyra class! Also known as aerial hoop, the lyra is a bar apparatus that serves as a prop for performing beautiful poses and dance-like sequences. It is a steel bar, though, so especially in early days be prepared for some fabulous bruises.
