The production sets the action in 1881 San Francisco where Othello is a U.S. army general who’s just married the sweet Desdemona. Gear Lords is hosting its 40th show/meeting at the improvisation mecca of Ann Arbor: Hear.Say Brewing and Theater. Gear Lords is the live set/hardware electronic music showcase of Washtenaw County - its a great place to hear some music but also talk about equipment, where to plug into this 'scene' and find other artists to collaborate/chat with. For example, the 'Ann Arbor Beep Boop Collective' will be here and providing most of the musicians for the evening.

This show has 3 main musical acts:
at 7pm a modular synth trio jam session with Skurwysn/Robots4Dancing/Dom Shbeats
at 8pm an trippy/ambient set by resident OMO
at 9pm a 2nd modular synth trio jam session with TRIP WIRES
