“Japan Week: Mini Shoebox Obliteration Rooms”: Ann Arbor District Library
All invited to furnish a white-walled shoebox with handmade paper furniture and polka dot stickers in the style of Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama’s famous interactive art installations. Followed at 6 p.m. by a screening of Kusama Infinity: The Life and Art of Yayoi Kusama, Heather Lenz’s 2018 documentary about the artist. 4–6 p.m., AADL Downtown. Free. (734) 327–4200.
