“Groove Walks the Plank”: U-M Groove Performance Group
High-energy pirate-themed performance by this U-M student percussion-and-dance ensemble, which uses both traditional and nontraditional instruments, including trash cans, pizza boxes, bass drums, marimba, and more. Featuring guest performances by Boomshaka, a Northwestern University student drum, dance, and rhythm ensemble, and the U-M Pops Orchestra. 7:30 p.m., Power Center.
