German Christmas Open House: Kempf House Museum
Dec. 7 & 14. Guided tours of this restored 19th-century Greek Revival home, decked out this year with a Christmas tree made from dyed goose feathers, a popular alternative to real trees in late 19th century German-American households. 1–4 p.m., Kempf House, 312 S.
