Screening and referral through Health Services Access. Provides specialty services to the severely and persistently mentally ill, adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, and children with severe emotional disturbances or intellectual/developmental disabilities. Services include medication, case management, specialized counseling, vocational services, respite, and IDDT/co-occurring services (for individuals with mental illness and substance use disorders). Information and referrals for mental health, intellectual/developmental disabilities, serious emotional disturbance, and substance use disorder programs for Medicaid-eligible and uninsured children and adults in Washtenaw County.
