The Liberty Center offers Life Force intensive two-week programs for those with chronic illness, holistic medicine and nursing care, nutrition counseling, and art, massage, and movement therapies. Other programs include fasting weekends twice yearly, detox weekends, medical internship program for ages 18–30, and home care workshops.
