Gear Lords: Hardware / Live Sets Electronic music
Gear Lords 21 is Wednesday Dec 11 at Ziggys (Ypsi). Gear Lords is a regularly occurring hardware / live set electronic music showcase series across Washtenaw County. Think beat machines, synths of all sorts, samplers, filters/pedals instead of the DJ turntables. And for each show we have a hand full of performances. This show we have Fling ii (7), Delos Prismatic (8), OMO (9), Juice Patrol (1015) and then Glitch333 (1045). Evening will probably start more downtempo-modular-spacey, and get more synth-based and dancey, but then gets more industrial and speedcore type vibes. Heads up: this will be our first show asking patrons to pay 5$ at the door (all of it goes to the artists).
