“Wonder Walks”: U-M Matthaei Botanical Gardens
Nov. 6, 10, 13, 20, & 24. One-hour to 90-minute nature walks led by Matthaei naturalists, sometimes preceded by a brief presentation. Nov. 6 (5:30 p.m.): “Native Seed Collecting.” Nov. 10 (1 p.m.) & Nov. 13 (5:30 p.m.): “Warm Winter Spices” on the seasonal use of spices. Nov. 20 (5:30 p.m.) & Nov. 24 (1 p.m.): “Branching Out” on trees without leaves. Kids must be accompanied by an adult. Dress for the weather.
