Mary Spencer will demonstrate two exciting traditional Irish dishes perfect for your St. Patrick’s Day celebration on Tuesday evening, March 11, 2026, 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. at The Center, 45 Neckel Ct. She will talk about Irish cuisine and give plenty of tips and techniques as she demonstrates making these delicious dishes. Plenty of samples all around!
