“The Nutcracker: Clara’s Dream”: Randazzo Dance Company
Dec. 20–22. This local company of nearly 100 local dancers of all ages performs a family-friendly production of Tchaikovsky’s Christmas ballet set in early 20th-century America. Features live music with local composer Eric Bannitt’s jazz-inspired arrangements of the “Party” and “Fight” scenes. Directed and choreographed by Sara Randazzo and Christine Sampier. 7:30 p.m. (Fri.) & 3 p.m. (Sat. & Sun.), Lydia Mendelssohn Theatre.
