King-Lyman-Cheng Trio: Kerrytown Concert House
This U-M music faculty chamber ensemble performs trios from 3 centuries, including Mozart’s charming 1786 “Kegelstatt” Trio in E-flat, Robert Planel’s jaunty 1931 Andante et Scherzo, André Previn’s 1996 Trio for Piano, Oboe and Bassoon, and Miguel del Aguila’s 2000 Tango Trio for Oboe, Bassoon, and Piano. Trio members are oboist Nancy Ambrose King, bassoonist Jeffrey Lyman, and pianist Amy I-Lin Cheng. 7:30–9:30 p.m., KCH, 415 N. Fourth Ave. Livestream also available.
