“Food Literacy for All”: U-M Sustainable Food Systems Initiative

Every Tues., Jan. 14–Apr. 22. Public lecture series, a mix of in-person (with livestream available) and Zoom sessions.

Apr. 1 (via Zoom): “Equity for First Food and Breastfeeding.”  

Apr. 8 (via Zoom): “Damian’s Craft Meats LLC: A Case Study in Advancing Racial Equity in the Local Meat System.”

Apr. 15: “Fast Food for Thought.” Ten 5-minute talks on food and agriculture by U-M professors, grad students, and affiliated scholars.
