“Discovery Demos”: U-M Museum of Natural History
Every Sat. & Sun. Hands-on 20-minute family-oriented demos for ages 5 & up. “All About Owls” (11:30 a.m. & 2:30 p.m.) uses museum specimens to learn about owls’ unique adaptations and how they’re related to dinosaurs. “How to Become a Fossil” (1:30 p.m.) explores how fossils form and what they can tell us.
