“Defying Gravity: A Tribute to the Music of Stephen Schwartz”: The Encore Musical Theatre Company
Feb. 19–22. An ensemble of local musicians performs songs written by composer-lyricist Schwartz for the hit musicals Wicked, Pippin, Godspell, and others. In a career spanning over 5 decades, Schwartz has earned 3 Grammy Awards, 3 Academy Awards, and a Golden Globe.
