Candlelight Concert: Kalkaska String Quartet
This Detroit-based ensemble presents “A Haunted Evening of Halloween Classics” featuring instrumental arrangements of spooky pop, classic, and movie music, from Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” and Vic Mizzy’s “Addams Family Theme” to Mussorgsky’s “Night on Bald Mountain” and Edvard Grieg’s “In the Hall of the Mountain King.” Age 8 & up. 6:30 & 8:45 p.m., First Presbyterian Church, 1432 Washtenaw. $27–$59 per show.
