Campus Orchestras: U-M Music School
Performance by 2 ensembles of non-music majors. The Campus Philharmonia Orchestra performs Moncayo’s Huapango, Fauré’s Pelléas et Melisande, and the 4th movement from Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 5. The Campus Symphony Orchestra performs Stravinsky’s brilliant and colorful Firebird Suite, along with a concerto TBA. Preceded at 7:15 p.m. by a brief talk. 8 p.m., Hill Auditorium. Free.
