“Birds and Flora of Waterloo”: Waterloo Natural History Association

WNHA naturalist Doug Jackson leads a 2-mile hike along the Waterloo-Pinckney Trail to see various glacial formations, spring flora, migratory birds, and an active purple martin colony on Spring Lake. Dress for the weather and bring binoculars if you have them. The building is currently closed, but there is a pit toilet. 2–3:30 p.m., Eddy Discovery Center, lower parking lot, 17030 Bush Rd., Chelsea. $2 (families, $5).
