Annual Hometown Holiday: Chelsea Area Chamber of Commerce
Dec. 5 & 6. A variety of activities, including all month long, gingerbread house displays in downtown Chelsea shop windows, with a creative light pole decoration contest downtown, and sales with entertainment and refreshments at many stores. Santa’s mailbox is accepting letters (postage to the North Pole courtesy of the CACC) Nov. 28–Dec. 14, at Palmer Commons (302 S. Main); include a return address to receive a response from Santa. Dec. 6: A light parade (6 p.m., along Main St.) featuring dozens of lighted floats and vehicles, marching bands, Santa, and more.
