Legion, N. Main retailer of street wear and of Michael Kao and Jay Tiempo’s own design brand, Chief, was open for business in mid-October, but there was a large “For Lease” sign in the window, and the store website offered a 30 percent moving sale discount. Joe Palms, the Swisher Commercial agent listing the space, says Legion is on a month-to-month lease while Palms finds another tenant. He doesn’t know where, if anywhere, Legion will be moving. Kao declined to comment on his plans.
