Built in 1907 as a water tower by the Glazier Stove Company. The renovation of the factory complex created office and retail spaces; additional renovated buildings surround a courtyard that now holds community events. The Chelsea Depot is available for rent and hosts the On The Tracks Songwriter Showcase.
