Winter Solstice Celebration: Kerrytown Concert House
Local pianist Kathryn Goodson, a U-M music school coach, is joined by South African soprano Goitsemang Lehobye and local cellist Thor Sigurdson for a program of music in honor of the darkest night of the year, including Debussy’s Sonate pour violoncelle et piano, “Dream with Me” from Leonard Bernstein’s musical Peter Pan, and music by Florence Price, Strauss, and Schubert, as well as lullabies from around the globe. 4 p.m., KCH, 415 N.
