“Youth Fishing Derby”: Pittsfield Township Parks & Recreation
June 7 (9–10 a.m. & 10:30–11:30 a.m): “Youth Fishing Derby”: Pittsfield Township Parks & Recreation. Kids ages 4-12, accompanied by an adult, invited to try their hand at fishing in one of 2 time slots. Bring your own fishing pole if you can; a few loaner poles and some bait are available. Also bring a hat, sunglasses, water, a snack, sunscreen, and fishing gear (extra bait, lures, hooks, line, etc.). Lillie Park North at Haven Lake, 4365 Platt Rd. Free, but preregistration required at recreation.pittsfield-mi.gov.
