A chance to join local astronomy buffs for a look at the sky through instruments. Participants encouraged to bring their own telescopes. Visitors must turn off all electronic equipment (car radios, transmitters, phones, etc.) at the observatory entrance. Canceled if sky is overcast or if the weather is inclement. If in doubt, call after 4 p.m. day of event. Sunset–11:30 p.m. or as long as the sky remains clear, Peach Mountain Observatory, North Territorial Rd.
