An evening of jazz standards by this acclaimed 24-year-old vocalist, winner of 2023 Grammys for Best Jazz Vocal Album and Best New Artist (only the 2nd jazz musician to win this award). Jazz Weekly praises her “irresistible sense of swing and inspiring sense of clarity and dynamics.” Also, on Mar. 26 (6 p.m., Cahoots, 206 E. Huron St.), local jazz bassist Marion Hayden leads a workshop entitled “Dynamic Ladies of Jazz: an Evening of History and Appreciation” ($15, preregistration required at ums.org). 7:30 p.m., Hill Auditorium.
