“Rooted”: TEDxUofM
A TED-like program of presentations and discussions by U-M faculty and alumni, all on the theme of what roots mean and how that meaning changes over time. Speakers include former U-M football player Jake Butt, U-M law professor Tifani Sadek, media journalist Kunal Majumder, U-M music professor Chris Vrenna, U-M Kellogg Eye Center physician Joshua Ong, U-M anthropology professor Hakem Al-Rustom, and U-M law student Madison Krumins. 6–10 p.m. (doors open at 5:30 p.m.), Power Center.
