June 17 (2–3 p.m.): “Puddle Painting Inspired by Helen Frankenthaler”: AADL Pittsfield. A chance for kids grades 3–8 to make paintings in the style of this American abstract expressionist artist by dropping dots of watercolor paint on a clean surface and then applying glossy paper to achieve a color-saturated result.
