Mindful Movement Class Description. Class time 45 minutes.
This type of class is suitable for students of all levels. Each class will provide a chance to reconnect with yourself, focus on movement, stretch & strengthen in a gentle and enjoyable way. Each practice will have a different area of focus; mind/body connection, anatomical focus, long and lean, breathing techniques, floor work, etc. Regular yoga practice promotes flexibility, body alignment, strengthening, range of motion & relaxation techniques.
