Jan. 25: “Kim Dae Jung on the Road” (2024). Documentary about the president of the Republic of Korea from 1998–2003. Kim had a turbulent life that included leading a democratization movement against a military dictatorship, surviving an assassination attempt, a kidnapping, imprisonment and a death sentence, exile, and losing 3 presidential elections before his 1997 win.
