Heart Month Birthworker Gathering: Nest & Nurture
Connecting with each other is at the heart of effective birth work. Kick off Heart Month by getting to know other professionals who support people from fertility to postpartum! Doulas, chiropractors, pelvic floor therapists, midwives, therapists, lactation consultants, etc, are all invited! The evening will include chocolate eating, get-to-know-you games, and a registered dietitian sharing tips to increase cardiovascular health during the perinatal period. Tickets are sliding scale donation-based ($0-$15) and proceeds will go to help cover amenities.
