Great Lakes Chamber Music Festival in Residence: Kerrytown Concert House
June 8, 14, & 21 (different programs). Nationally known musicians and ensembles present 3 chamber concerts. Part of a larger festival that includes performances in several other towns June 8–22 (see greatlakeschambermusic.org for full schedule). Tonight’s performers, in various combinations, include violinist Tai Murray, cellist Paul Watkins, and the Amnis Piano Quartet, which includes violinist Minkyung Lee, violist Matthew McDowell, cellist Jenny Bahk, and pianist Linda Lee. Program: Han Lash’s Sonata for Violin and Piano, Anton Arensky’s String Quartet No. 2 in A minor, and Robert Schumann’s Piano Quintet in E-flat. 7:30 p.m., KCH, 415 N.
