Fall Yoga Reset Retreat: Verapose Yoga House
Join us for our Fall Yoga Reset Retreat!
While this Retreat is part of our Yoga Teacher Training 200 curriculum, intending to give our Trainees a jump start to their YTT-200 adventure, we welcome any student who wishes to join us as a participant, to dive into the basics of yoga.
We'll be covering some yoga philosophy, meditation, asana, and give participants time to simply re-group after a busy summer season.
All experience levels are welcome! It's time to get clarity, feel confident with your yoga practice and have time for YOU.
Early Bird until August 25: $125 (goes up to $150 after Aug. 25) Space is limited! Registration required.
