Elemental Ecstatic Dance: Our Play Ground LLC/Andrew Werderitsch
Join us EVERY SUNDAY MORNING for free form ELEMENTAL ECSTATIC DANCE class 11:00-1:00. Lobby opens at 10:45am. All ages and abilities are welcome! Inspired by the music "Wave" of Gabriel Roth and The 5 Rhythms, and the pumping ecstatic dance events world wide. Curated music will take you from the gentle to the powerful flow feeling of "Water," to the grounding, rhythmic pulse of "Earth", leading to the wild and fast, heat raising "Fire", shifting to the breezy nature of "Air" and finally settling to the "Void" for stillness. We open with a half hour warm up 11-11:30 music arc. We then circle for introductions and intentions, before a full hour of dancing ecstatically, freely and safely. Flow toys, hula hoops and instruments provided. Wear loose clothes, barefoot or stocking feet.
