Ekphrastic Poetry Reading: WSG Gallery
Eleven local poets read their poems written in response to visual art by various artists at the gallery. This genre is known as “ekphrastic” poetry. Poets include Bhasi Ashwini, Jane Bridges, Sue Budin, Jennifer Burd, Marilyn Churchill, Madeline Diehl, Katherine Edgren, Gregory Loselle, Leslie McGraw, Laszlo Slomovits, and Keith Taylor. 2 p.m., WSG Gallery, 111 E.
